Refund Policy

At XpertBrains, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and consulting services tailored to each client's needs. Due to the nature of our offerings—which may include immediate access to proprietary materials, personalized coaching, downloadable resources, and digital training content—all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is processed for any of the following, no refunds will be issued:

  • Online or in-person training programs (live or recorded)
  • Coaching or consulting sessions (individual or group)
  • Customized content or curriculum
  • Digital materials or toolkits
  • Certification or exam fees

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment (upon verification)
  • Billing error (upon review)

All refund exception requests must be submitted in writing to email: contact@xpertbrains.com within 5 business days of the transaction.
