3. Payment & Refund Policy

All training and consulting fees must be paid in full before access or delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, slides, documents, tools, and methodologies provided by XpertBrains, is the intellectual property of XpertBrains. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission
• Claim ownership or use materials for commercial training without a license

Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use content for personal or internal professional development only.

5. Certification & Results Disclaimer

Certificates may be issued upon course completion, subject to performance criteria.

However, participation in a course does not guarantee job placement, business success, or specific professional outcomes. Results vary depending on your individual effort, background, and external conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XpertBrains shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Personal or organizational decisions made based on our training or materials
• Errors due to misuse or misinterpretation of content

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you paid in the past 12 months.
